A sample takes 7-10 working days to make, we need to find the fabric, and accessories, make a paper pattern, cut fabric, make printing or embroidery, and finally sew it.

Production time for larger items depends on the quantity you order and usually takes 20-35 days to complete.

We can ship goods by courier, air or sea. The cost of shipping is determined by the volume and weight of the packaging, so we cannot usually determine the exact cost of a product until it has been completed.It would be better if you have shipping agent in China, then we could send the goods to them

For defective items, we will send you the supplement in the next order or issue a refund for you. However, most of the time there shouldn’t be too many defective pieces as we have a strict quality control system for fabric, color, stitch, and more

Before starting mass production, we would check whether the material, quality and color of fabric and garment accessories are correct.

After production is completed, we would have a random check of 50-60% of goods from the whole order.

Checking whether size measurements are correct(within the acceptable allowance based on the approved graded size chart measurements)

Checking Print / Embroidery / Decoration size & position

Checking Whether there are defects like stains, tears, holes, discoloration, snags

Checking the stitches, trims,

30% deposit and 70% balance before the shipment, and we’d love to you the pictures and videos for your final check before you settle down the balance if needed.
